My friend and I are writing a travel grant to travel to Argentina and enroll in cooking classes. Currently our dates are not firm. There are a couple of other events we are waiting to see if and when they are scheduled. I simply put in a few dates in June just to get a feel of your availability. We do want to however, come to Argentina this summer. Is your B&B (2 people) and cooking classes in June, July, & August relatively available? Are there certain weeks or times that are already booked? We would be interested in the more intense classes, possibly two a day. I found the description of the option of food classes representing the various South American countries to be interesting. I teach culinary arts at a public high school.
